(A) What type of rentals do you offer?

We offer Point to Point or Hourly rentals for any and all Occasions from small Children Birthdays Graduations, Proms to Anniversaries, Corporate Events and everything in between call us for details.

(B) Is there a minimum time for hourly rentals?

Yes. There is a minimum of 3 hours we will make an exception in some cases.

(C) How long can a rental last?

It’s up to you the Renter from 3 hours to 24 hours.

(D) Can we have multiple pickups?

Yes. With an hourly rental of 7 hours or more, call for more details.

(E) Where will the vehicle go when we rent hourly?

It’s up to the Renter some restrictions apply. Call for more details

(F) How long will the vehicles wait if we do a Point to Point rental?

There is a 10-15 minute wait time in the beginning and in the end before the vehicle either leaves or an addition fee will be due before the vehicle wait for any additional time.

(G) How much is your security deposit hold amount?

Deposits are normally $250 which is held on a Credit Card or paid in cash for 24-48 hours and is fully refundable if there is no fees due to Rokstars Chicago after your rental is complete.

(H) How much is your deposit to lock in a rental?

Deposit depends on your total rental amount. Deposits start at $150. This deposit is deducted from your total rental amount.

(I) Is deposits refundable?
No, but you Can transfer it to another day or let someone else use your deposit for a different date if Rokstars is notified two weeks prior to your rental.

(J) If I cancel my rental is there a fee?

Yes, but there may be a reschedule fee and an additional deposit due if you want to reschedule for a later date.

(K) What areas do you pick up from?

We will pick up from most Chicagoland and suburb areas some restrictions apply.

(L) How do I reserve a vehicle?

By leaving a deposit and signing a contract.

(M) How far in advance should I make my reservations?

We recommend making your reservations as early as possible we get calls daily. And we only lock in dates with a deposit and a signed contract.

(N) Can I cancel a contract?

Yes, but it has to be in writing and received by our office a minimum of two weeks prior to your event to avoid being responsible for the full contract price.

(O) Is there an age requirement for guest on the bus?

Yes if there will be any alcoholic beverages.

(P) Can we bring liquor and food on the vehicles?
Yes food and drinks are always welcome on our vehicles we just require our renters to remove all debris upon end of rental.

(Q) What comes with our rental?

Cups, Ice, Bottle Waters, Juice and Pops (some restrictions apply).

(R) Do you provide entertainment?

Yes we can and if you have your own entertainment it okay too.

(S) Do Teens and Kids parties have to end at a specific time?

Yes; these types of rentals has to end by 9pm, only if you want our special rate we offer.

(T) Do Rentals have to end at a certain time?

No; but if your rental goes past 2 a.m. you will incur an additional charge.
